Time.

Okay, so I have absolutely nothing to do right now, seeing as I have thirty minutes before class starts and that's not enough time to make any dent in the infinite amount of homework that I have piling up. College has made me realize that I didn't do anything in high school.

I really need to download photoshop onto my laptop, this layout is too damn bright and yellow! Aside from the work, college is way better than high school. People are so much more friendly in college! Despite my shy, loner personality I've managed to meet quite a few cool people. [Maria would like me to insert that she believes that school sucks].

And now that I've read through this and decided I sound really lame, I think I'm going to cut my losses and stop. Maybe I'll actually start keeping up with this thing though...

Love this conversation excerpt, so I thought I'd share...

MARIA: idk what im gonna do with so much time on my hands
ME: lol, go get crunk
MARIA: in broad daylight it is called acholism

You like?

So, I was messing around with the layout trying to see what I can tweek and this is how it came out. Not the best colors in the world but you'll have to deal because I'm tired of looking at code. Just a quick credit thanks to faketheway (http://dreamless-illusions.ca/ftw/) for the awesome blend (above).

So, graduation was yesterday and I feel exactly the same. There was no epiphany, no feeling of entering into that realm of adulthood, that only means more responsibility. Uggghh, like I really need anymore of that! Oh and this girl completely wipped out when coming down the stairs. I feel really bad for her but it was hilarious. Really though, she shouldn't feel embarrased because she saved us for a moment from the constant monotonous roll of names.

I feel sorry for all the speech givers because "The Mark of a Wildcat" out-showed all the rest. It was really well written and humors at times, not to mention the kid was a great orator and delivered it fantastically. *Sighs* I wish I was that talented, my rhetoric skill are about as good as Bush's. I should probably work on it...

Attack!

School is finally out, for good! It's wierd though because I feel exactly the same, like I'll have to wake up and go to school tomorrow. Maybe because I don't have the finality of...finals, haha jealous? I love exemptions.

So I was looking through the course listing for the University I will be attending and found the coolest class possible: Oz, Narnia, and Hogwarts. I think I will definately be changing my major to wizardry. I can't wait until NOV 21.

Speaking of movies, new clip from Twilight. I can't really decide if I like it or not. The effects are mediocre, though they are way better than Eragon. I can't tell, though, if I like Kristen Stewarts acting skill or her lack of acting skills.

Check it out:

What do you think?

Oh, and if you're really bored (which you obviously are) check out the band, Scenes and Sirens. They are awesome!

Besotted.

I am a slacker, yes I admit it! But can you blame me when I've been besotted by a vegetarian vampire named Edward Cullen (who by the way is in a joint custody agreement with me and my best mate! I get him on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night). And if you have no clue what it is I'm talking about, you had better get your ignorant self over to the nearest B&N and buy the book Twilight.

As for school...we have 32 days left (weekends count)!! Ughh, and there is a massively hideous English project that I have to begin. I think teachers purposely save major projects till the end of the year so that they can bombard you with them all at once, breaking you so that you do horrible on the finals.

Oh, so I thought of a name! It's extremely random and inspired by the name of a Beatles song, well not so much the song itself as the title...drum roll please...ONION!! I don't know about you but I love it x a billion (x=times for those of you failing math).

Now I must get some shut-eye I had to wake up blasphemously early this morning for the SAT, no fun.

Blogging.

Considering that this is my first post, I believe an introduction is in order. My name is ....well, I'm currently trying to think of a clever online name. A couple cute ones that I've come across are Pink Moose and Sparrow. However, I'm not a cheater and I refuse to copy, but really what cool animal have they left me with? Porcupine? Hippo? I don't think I characteristically fit either of those, though some may argue the porcupine one.

Aside from that what's to tell? I'm just a normal girl with purple hair, a ton of piercings and completely covered in tattoos! Okay, not really. The only piercings I have are in my ears and I don't like pain, so let that indicate how many tattoos I have. As for the purple hair, that's completely true but at the moment my definition of purple is equal to brown.

As for hobbies, I really love to read but unfortunately school prevents me from doing so as often as I'd like...ironic, huh? I find that I somehow gravitate towards the computer a lot and I really want to learn graphic design and extend my computer jargon! I love to eat cookies and cream ice cream when I'm at the movies. And music...I'm not sure which genre my taste would fall into but it would definitely be on the rock side of the spectrum (Though I do like to "walk it out" sometimes ;D).

I dislike myspace and I hate facebook even more ergo I don't have either.

(Ergo!)
